We'll always miss you.

27th of Aug.One of the worst days. There was a plane crash in Kentucky. All the passenger baring one were dead. Then I heard the news of Hrishikesh Mukharjee. One of my most favorite director. I was really sad that day. When I was in India I never used to miss his movies on TV. Be it Chupake Chupake, Gomaal, Guddi, Mili, Anand...any of them. Even if I have watched them 100 times before. Even during exams I used to watch them.(You know some relaxation ;) ) I love those movies. Now here in US I don't have Hindi channels at home. I disconnected them bcoz of those stupid serials, But I'm badly missing those movies.

When you read that there were very few people who bothered to visit Hrishida when he was in Hospital. You feel even sadder. Then you remember his "Guddi". People care only for influential stars. I mean he made one of the biggest star's( i donno if putting the stars name might create some prob) career. I agree Prakash Mehra made him but First step was taken by Hrishida. Atleast he should have taken some time to pay his last respects to him. He is one of my most fav actor but...When u read something like that you doubt is filmworld very similar to what was depicted in PAGE 3. I know it is but somewhere you feel your fav stars aren't like that.
Hrishikesh Mukharjee was the best. With him there's an end to the era. With Johars, Chopras who're going to give us those endearing emotional comedies which we could really relate. (Yash Chopra is one of my fav directors. But his old movies not his new ones.)
Anyways I pray to god "May he rest in peace".
